Regardless of whether you are an amateur or seasoned water sports professional, we will train you or enhance your skills.

Motivation, instruction, drills and safety are our bywords, and many of these skills are transferable to and from other jobs and life experiences.

We need the very best people to deliver our events. Over the last 24 years Dragon Boat Events has built up a reputation for excellence in event management. We are looking for hard working, committed individuals and personalities who can communicate with participants whilst making them feel safe and at ease.

We ensure that our crews not only have the necessary training and experience, but we also make sure we have fun during a hectic day on the water. Our goal is to provide fun and a sense of personal and team achievement in a water based environment.
