Dragon Boat Events supply charities, fundraising projects and youth organisations with dragon boat events and dragon boat festivals throughout the UK and Europe.
We offer both novice and experienced crews the opportunity to compete in one of Britain's most unique water sport activities, where the emphasis throughout the day is on challenge, team building, fund raising and of course ...FUN!
Dragon Boat Events has delivered more than 30 charity events each year for over 30 years. By 2008, these events had raised more than £10million for charitable causes.

Our typical event crew is made up of seasoned professionals; many having been delivering successful events with Dragon Boat Events for more than 10 years, thus ensuring depth and continuity to our event delivery. They are highly motivated and promote a competitive spirit whilst ensuring the activity remains fun for those participating - so much so that many returning teams ask for specific helms by name in successive years!
All our events are covered by our safety boats which are capable of rescuing an entire crew in the event of a capsize. For additional safety, our key event crew members are also linked by short wave radios and all have first aid certification.

Marquees
Team marquees will compliment your event as they add a professional look to the day, should help ensure repeat bookings in subsequent years and will provide a useful additional income stream for you.
- Our 3m x 3m team marquees make an ideal base for each team and provide shelter from the elements, whether rain or shine.
- Need a larger marquee? We can also supply the larger 9m x 9m marquees used by many as a refreshment area, as well as all the tables and chairs you might need to support your event.
Boat Branding
Our boats provide a unique advertising opportunity for your clients. With each dragon boat being used throughout the day, parading their company logo or message to thousands of people, it is a fabulous and very high profile way to get their name noticed!
